A mixed-use urban quarter on a former industrial site in Amsterdam, designed as a new neighborhood with housing, workspace, and public amenities.

Riverside Quarter transforms 42,000 square meters of former port infrastructure into a vibrant urban neighborhood organized around a new public canal. The program includes 380 apartments, 8,000 square meters of creative workspace, a primary school, a health center, and a network of public squares and gardens. All buildings are designed to passive house standards, with energy supplied by a shared district heat network and rooftop photovoltaics.
